It is an absolutely amazing and lovely property located in Dorsoduro district near to water taxis or the water bus, and several excellent local restaurants. I enjoyed amazing and outstanding personnel that ensures guests have a fabulous stay. Polite service and the food is appetising. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property is really cool.

It just felt so good to be there! Arriving by water taxi from the airport to the jetty outside the hotel felt so wonderful but also so comfortable and easy. The whole experience was beautiful but yet light and easy.

will definitely visit place next time
We stayed for 2 nights in a Junior Suite with a comfy bed, tv, minibar, and private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The view was amazing, looking right out at Santa Maria della Salute. The spa facilities included a hot tub. The staff was super helpful with recommendations. Located in a quiet area close to everything.

From the moment we booked our stay the staff could not have been more helpful and the service continued. It's a very comfortable and romantic hotel and we loved it! Room 332 has the best views over the grand canal, although a small sloping roof is in between but it doesn't spoil anything.

This hotel bent over backwards to make our stay special. We received a Welcome drink of Prosecco on arrival, which was a great start. The room was lovely, with rose petals on the bed (it was our honeymoon), and was well situated next to one of the canals, and very close to Salute vaporetto station. Breakfast was included, as were all the (non-alcoholic) drinks in the mini bar - great after a hot day shopping! The bathroom was small, but luxurious, with very nice English toiletries. Everything was spotlessly clean, with the room serviced twice daily.
Room service was inconsistent - twice, things were left off our breakfast order, and another time, the bottle opener was removed. However, they were always happy to rectify their mistakes immediately.

Elegance and romance define this fine boutique hotel. The spacious junior suite was adorned with luxurious marble and had high windows that filled the room with natural light. The breakfast, if I had tried it, was said to be good, but I indulged in nearby eateries. The service was great, with friendly staff eager to assist and a picturesque location by the canal. The access points could be a bit tricky for those with mobility issues, and ambiance noise was somewhat distracting during the evenings.

The breakfast on the terrace is the best. You can order whatever you like before go to bed, put the tag out of the door and next morning, everything will be ready on the terrace. Or after the dinner, you can go to terrace, sit on the sofa, have a cup of drink, read a book, talk with friends, watch the sky or just stare blankly.

The hotel is excellent - but is it worth of money?
